Residential Services : Perimeter Protection Programs
Environmental Pest Management can help develop a customized perimeter protection program to help protect your home. Regular scheduled treatments will help provide protection from damaging insects. These treatments will not harm plants, shrubs and grass, will not stain or discolor your home, and is safe for children and pets once it's dry.

What is Preventative Maintenance?
Think of having an impenetrable barrier that protects your home from unwanted insects. The outside perimeter is encircled with a barrier of protection against most pests.
How does it work?
A low odor microencapsulated insecticide will be applied to your home with a power sprayer. Areas of protection will include: around soffets and eves, windows, deck areas, front and rear porches, mulch beds, around garage doors. This application will not harm plants, grass or shrubs, and is safe for pets and children once it’s dry.
What precautions do I need to take?
We ask that all windows and doors be closed, pets kept inside, and any outdoor toys picked up. Environmental Pest Management can e-mail your prior to treatment for your scheduled service, or we can have it set up automatically so you don’t even need to be home!
Which program is best for my home?
We feature three different programs. No other company offers as much coverage as we do in our preventative maintenance programs- guaranteed
What insects am I protected against?
Pavement ants, carpenter ants, earwigs, sowbugs, pillbugs, centipedes, millipedes, spiders, crickets, oriental cockroaches, woodsroaches, asian lady beetles, bees, wasps, mice and rats.

Program Descriptions:
Spring and Fall program:
Your home will be treated two times per year, once in the spring and then again in the fall. If any bugs come back to the property we will retreat the area at no additional charge up to 30 days. No hassles- guaranteed.
Spring / Summer / Fall program:
This is our most popular program. Your home will be treated three times per year. If you should have any problems with the insects throughout the year we will return at no charge to correct any problem. No hassles- guaranteed.
Quarterly program:
This program is designed for the homeowner that likes all of the features in our spring, summer and fall program, but would like additional coverage for mice, rats and the comfort of having an annual termite inspection. A rodent control program will be established to stay a step ahead of rodents. Your home will also be inspected annually to see if you any termite activity.
